Operation Subsistence

Sentinel is conducting large-scale Amber Ruin testing across Auroa, killing wildlife and non-combatants to study the agent's effects. After a Legion drone swarm downed the inbound helicopter off Smuggler's Beach, the fireteam is stranded with minimal gear and no outside communications, but still tasked with pushing inland and securing intelligence on Project Amber Ruin.

Situation

Auroa is under active assault while Sentinel runs devastating Amber Ruin trials in multiple regions. The team was inbound to the infiltration point at Smuggler's Beach when a Legion drone swarm destroyed the helicopter over the shoreline, killing the pilot and scattering equipment into the sea.

Survivors made landfall, but the crash left them cut off, under-equipped, and operating in contaminated conditions. The mission remains intact: investigate the objective chain and recover actionable intelligence on Project Amber Ruin before the testing expands further.

Execution

Start from Galleon Cove Bivouac and move toward the IP wearing a gas mask of your choice. Initial combat is pistol-only and unsuppressed with minimal accessories; gear upgrades are expected to come from on-site procurement and roleplayed field pickup as the team progresses.
