Operation Man Cave

Sentinel has broken Jace Skell's satellite encryption and is using the Underwater Cable Station near Twin Islands, Cape North to monitor friendly movement. The task force must secure the uplink chain, exploit the short blackout window created by Skell's AI thumb drive, and cripple the underground cable site before the enemy can reassert control.

Launch Point Erewhon, near dusk
Special Item AI thumb drive from Jace Skell
Initial Target Radar Station North (RSN)
Final Target Underground Cable Station (UCS)

Near Twin Islands in Cape North, Sentinel occupies the Underwater Cable Station and has reportedly broken the encryption Jace Skell placed on his company's satellite network roughly 33 hours before the brief. That breach has likely exposed friendly movement and operating patterns.

Skell assesses that a new encryption scheme can be stood up if the station is crippled in time. The mission therefore focuses on knocking out the monitoring chain at speed and denying Sentinel its access point before they can adapt.

  • Deploy Lift from Erewhon in black kits near dusk and move by helicopter to secure Radar Station North.
  • Upload Use Skell's AI thumb drive at the Remote Uplink Station to temporarily disable the satlink.
  • Window Exploit the short blackout window to move toward Twin Islands before Sentinel can restore visibility.
  • Assault Likely transition to watercraft and approach the Underground Cable Station through the Cave Site.
  • 1 Deploy via Erewhon HQ.
  • 2 Secure Radar Station North (RSN).
  • 3 Upload the AI drive at Remote Uplink Station (RUS).
  • 4 Move to Underground Cable Station (UCS).
  • 5 Cripple the Underground Cable Station.

Priority Intel

Critical dependency: Skell's AI thumb drive creates the assault window.

If the Remote Uplink upload fails or is delayed, the force loses the advantage needed to push from RSN through the Twin Islands route and into the cave-side approach on favorable terms.

The Sentinel monitoring chain is interrupted, the underwater cable infrastructure is crippled, and Skell is free to roll a new encryption layer without Sentinel continuing to watch friendly movement.
