Operation Moonshine

Two hardened laboratories in Smuggler Coves are processing chemical precursors, either for narcotics production or for weapons development. Team Moonshine will hit the labs first, seize the lead scientist, destroy the facilities, then roll directly into Outpost Red Tiger to free the captive local asset, steal the gunship, and collapse the linked air-strike node.

Situation

ISR from Reaper-6 has identified two secure laboratories in Smuggler Coves receiving chemical precursors in volume. The enemy's end state is unclear, but the indicators point either to narcotics production or to an active chemical weapons program.

The labs are linked to Outpost Red Tiger, a heavily fortified FOB that has been launching air strikes on allied rebel positions. The mission is therefore built to remove both the chemical node and the support outpost in one continuous raid.

Execution

Insert Depart HQ by night and conduct a HAHO insertion into the AO before masking up at the landing zone.
Tempo Use speed, surprise, and violence of action to stop the scientist from fleeing or warning Red Tiger.
Mobility Acquire transportation inside the AO only after the raid begins and the HVT is secured.
Return Split the exfil with two operators flying the gunship overhead while two escort the scientist back to Erewhon by ground.

Priority Intel

HVT: Scientist in charge of the labs.

Any hostile inside one of the labs may be roleplayed as the scientist, but command requires the HVT alive for interrogation. The package cannot be lost during the shift from Alpha to Bravo.

Mission End State

Both labs are destroyed, the scientist is extracted alive, Red Tiger is stripped of its weapon caches and aviation platform, and the team returns to HQ with the HVT under escort.

Secure the outpost, liberate the local asset, steal the gunship, and destroy the weapon caches with controlled charges.
