Situation

The AO contains multiple hostile control points spread across Wind Farm W02, Whalers Bay Airfield, Aconite Station, and Drone Station W061. Intelligence indicates those sites support enemy communications, weapons movement, and drone-control activity that threatens ongoing liberation efforts in the region.

Two HVTs are tied to the chain. Christopher Becker is an immediate threat to civilians and sits at the top of the kill list. Michael Harris holds high-value logistics and supply-route intelligence, but he is fanatically unstable and known to wear a concealed S-VEST to prevent capture.

Execution

  • Phase 1 Depart HQ at 1900, helocast near Wind Farm W02, and push in by cautious amphibious approach for the opening hit.
  • Phase 2 Collapse the enemy chain in sequence from Alpha through Delta while preserving civilian safety and securing any exploitable materiel.
  • Phase 3 Kill Becker on sight, then conduct a controlled no-firearms apprehension on Harris so EOD can clear the vest and extract him alive.

Capture Constraint

Harris must be taken without any firearms discharge. The team needs a close-control takedown, immediate EOD handling, and disciplined spacing to avoid a vest detonation event.
