CIA asset KESTREL, operating undercover as a driver, triggered a SARSAT beacon at the Meal Packaging Center, indicating either a blown cover or an active hostage situation. The mission is to clear the network, destroy the hostile shipments, rescue the asset, and recover any intelligence tied to the missing civilians.
