Situation

Sentinel has launched a coordinated strike on Liberty City, targeting diplomatic personnel and Skell Tech employees. Seven are confirmed dead and thirteen more are missing. Intelligence indicates the enemy seized Liberty Port and Liberty Airport as staging areas to move captives to an unknown destination.

The city fight is fluid and fast-moving. The team has to destroy immediate threats, gather intelligence on the abducted personnel, and stay ready to exploit any targets of opportunity that appear while crossing the AO.

Execution

Phase 1 Helocast into Dolphin Bay, secure Liberty Port, and establish the first intel picture from the enemy TOC.
Phase 2 Use the canal west of the port to move into the city unseen and maintain tempo instead of slow building-by-building clearance.
Phase 3 Push from Winter Lake to Auroa Parliament and Liberty Airport, recapture the final site, then return the helicopter for exploitation with BANDIT 3.

Tempo

Speed matters more than deep room-by-room clearing. The mission is built around fast exterior dominance and rapid threat collapse to stop more killings and abductions.
