Situation

Command obtained an actionable package from the interrogation of Christian Murray, a former Skell employee who defected to Sentinel and enabled a human-trafficking ring. His reporting identified both site locations and two HVTs: one running a captured construction site and another commanding the whole operation.

The cell is using multiple maritime routes and the Ancient Harbor to move hostages in and out of the area. Innocent workers are being held for ransom and forced labor, and at least five have already been executed after resisting or trying to escape. RAVEN-3 ISR confirms hostages are present at the target sites and the situation is degrading fast.

Execution

Phase 1 HAHO under darkness, move on foot through Alpha, Bravo, and Charlie, and keep the approach violent and decisive once contact is made.
Phase 2 Capture WARLOCK at the construction site, hand him off at Site Whiskey Bravo 2, then clear the harbor QRF and use the RHIB to reach Delta.
Phase 3 Capture DARKHORSE at the Oceanic Power Plant, secure the remaining workers, and call NIGHTSTAR for extraction.

Primary Risk

This is an active hostage-labor and smuggling network with ongoing executions. Delay favors the traffickers and increases the chance of additional deaths or maritime breakout.

Deliver WARLOCK to Site Whiskey Bravo 2 just north of the site for roleplayed handoff to another interrogation team.

Ancient Harbor

Neutralize the enemy QRF stationed at the harbor, gather any maritime-route intelligence, and seize the RHIB for movement to Delta.

Delta

Oceanic Power Plant

Locate and capture HVT DARKHORSE, secure the rest of the plant, and coordinate with Guardian 2 to relocate the workers.

Call NIGHTSTAR for extraction and RTB with DARKHORSE once the site is stable.
