Operation Furlough
QRF MOONSHINE will move from South Cape Station into the Channels AO to recover sensitive Skell cargo from a downed transport, rescue two captured Skell field engineers, and seize HVT WARDEN before the enemy can consolidate the wreck-site exploitation and detention network. The package will move light and covert on foot across all objectives, then extract from HLZ DUSKY at Hunt Beach Bivouac.
Situation
At 2009 hours, Apex 2 reported that a Skell Transport cargo aircraft flying from Restricted Area 01 was shot down by a LEGION drone swarm over Channels airspace. Most of the classified cargo went into the water, but aerial assets have identified one container washed ashore on West Cape. Analysts assess that container may hold an advanced UAV targeting module, making it the first priority before local enemy forces can recover it.
The wider situation also includes two Skell Tech field engineers held nearby at a fuel depot and a fortified outpost. SIGINT suggests the enemy may be building leverage for a prisoner exchange tied to lieutenants being held at Liberty. Separately, enemy logistics expert WARDEN has surfaced at Channels Port, and capturing him could expose the broader trafficking network operating in the region.
Execution
QRF MOONSHINE deploys from South Cape Station at 2100 and lands southeast of Alpha, then advances on foot through the objective chain. The mission flows from cargo recovery into dual rescue action, then ends with the HVT grab at Channels Port before the force breaks for HLZ DUSKY and calls for extraction.
- Phase 1Recover the sensitive Skell UAV targeting module from the washed-ashore cargo container on West Cape.
- Phase 2Secure the Navy Fuelling Station, free HOLMES, and act on any targets of opportunity.
- Phase 3Recapture Red Shark Outpost, free WATSON, and exploit the site for regional intent indicators.
- Phase 4Capture WARDEN at Channels Port, then move to HLZ DUSKY at Hunt Beach Bivouac for extraction.
Priority Recovery
The washed-ashore container may contain an advanced UAV targeting module from Restricted Area 01. Recovering it before the enemy secures the site is the opening priority because of the potential technical sensitivity.
Rescue Package
HOLMES and WATSON are the two captured Skell field engineers. Both rescues matter operationally and politically because the enemy appears to be preparing leverage for a possible exchange.
HVT Value
WARDEN is the enemy logistics expert at Channels Port. Capturing him alive could unravel the trafficking architecture behind the current cargo, detention, and movement network.
West Cape Cargo Recovery
Retrieve the sensitive Skell technology module from the washed-ashore cargo container before local enemy elements can recover or destroy it.
Navy Fuelling Station
Secure the fuel depot, liberate VIP #1 HOLMES, and exploit any targets of opportunity encountered during the clearance.
Red Shark Outpost
Recapture the outpost, liberate VIP #2 WATSON, and conduct site exploitation to clarify the enemy's intent and local posture in the region.
Channels Port and Extract
Capture HVT WARDEN at the construction area on the top-center side of Channels Port, then move to HLZ DUSKY at Hunt Beach Bivouac and call for extraction once the full package is secure.
