Fireteam OXIDE will HALO near Fanny Bay Port, interrogate and eliminate SANDMAN before destroying his explosive shipment, then demolish the Whalers Bay ammunition depot, retake the Land Chassis Factory, exploit shipment logs at Checkpoint Weasel Foxtrot, and roll into the Nor' Wester Cliff hideout for CYBINT analysis.
Situation
Recent HUMINT opened a window to strike enemy positions in Whalers Bay by destroying their main ammunition warehouse and retaking the Land Chassis Factory tied to lethal drone production. A local manifest indicates those drone parts are being produced for a client in Fujian, China, making site exploitation a priority at Charlie and Delta.
SANDMAN, the enemy demolition expert linked to multiple civilian infrastructure bombings in the AO, has just arrived at Fanny Bay Port with a fresh explosive shipment. He is a high-priority target of opportunity and should be interrogated first, then eliminated with his security detail before the crates are destroyed.
Execution
OXIDE deploys from Erewhon HQ at 2015, inserts by helicopter and HALO near Alpha, and then patrols on foot or uses low-profile local transport between objectives. After Delta, move northwest to the Nor' Wester Cliff hideout to resupply, recuperate, and analyze collected CYBINT before the next strike.

At Nor' Wester Cliff, analyze portable-device CYBINT to identify Channels Port as the next drone-shipment transfer point, then stage through Hunt Beach Bivouac and destroy that shipment covertly.
Fanny Bay Port
Interrogate SANDMAN, kill him with his detail, and destroy the explosive crates staged inside the east warehouse.
