Operation Boomslang
A 2015 HALO package will recover both halves of VIPER-3 from Outpost Blue Tiger and Electric Engine Factory, destroy the lethal-drone shipment at the factory, then covertly capture HVT SULTAN at Mechanical R&D Center and move him to Safehouse VALKYRIE-6 for extract to HQ interrogation.
Situation
VIPER-3, an allied special reconnaissance team, has been split between Outpost Blue Tiger and the Electric Engine Factory after a Wolves convoy carrying the prisoners was spotted by Reaper drone over Wild Coast. Recovering both groups is the first priority, and clearing those locations will also reduce enemy pressure on friendly border forces.
The Electric Engine Factory contains a lethal-drone shipment delivered by train this morning and staged for sale to offshore Sentinel clients. At Mechanical R&D Center, Sentinel's chief bagman SULTAN is meeting a rogue Auroan diplomat and must be captured alive before that window closes.
Execution
Deploy from HQ at 2015, HALO to the LZ, and move on foot through Alpha and Bravo. After securing the factory and collecting buyer/destination intel, take a low-profile site vehicle to Charlie, capture SULTAN as covertly as conditions allow, and drive him to VALKYRIE-6 for extraction.

Hostage Priority
VIPER-3 recovery comes before the shipment strike or bagman grab. Both detention sites must be stabilized and cleared before the force pushes to Charlie.
Drone Shipment
At Bravo, destroy the supply truck carrying lethal drones and exploit any documents or portable electronics that identify the offshore buyer or next destination.
Capture Rule
If civilians are at risk during the SULTAN takedown, secure the site first. If not, prioritize a quiet live capture and immediate transfer to VALKYRIE-6.
Outpost Blue Tiger
Eliminate the hostile QRF and release the first half of VIPER-3 from the holding cell.
Electric Engine Factory
Free the remaining VIPER-3 prisoners, demolish the drone shipment truck, and exploit the factory for buyer intelligence.
Mechanical R&D Center
Capture SULTAN alive during the meeting, then move the detainee to Safehouse VALKYRIE-6 and call extract.
